Just saw a story on CNN where a 4th grader from SEA was able to ride on SWA from SEA-PHX-SAT as a stowaway. NO TICKET!!!

Considering WN carries more passengers than United, and United is in bankruptcy, one has to wonder if attitudes about customers as reflected above is what got United into the situation it is in.

I knew the SWA crowd was slow but 11 months behind the action is new. No wonder the web of security missed the stowaway if you don't even know something that happened almost a year ago.

As for numbers carried. I bet the NYC subway compares favorably on numbers carried. Still don't want to ride an A train across an ocean or two.
