Side Letter Dated MArch 31. FURLOUGHEES ATTENTION

According to posters on one of the flight attendant chatboards on yahoo, APFA has signed a side letter dated MArch 31st allowing members of management to train as fas for 3 weeks to help out with the summer loads. Can someone please verify this? If this is ture, it's utterly devastating and a betrayl to the countless furloughees waiting desperately and in vain for a recall. I know we are of no importance to APFA at all but many of the TWA furloughees voted for THB and she keeps signing these side letters that have limited and eliminated the need for a recall. I'm going to call APFA tomorrow but I'm not very optimistic. My emails to Tommie in the past regarding the need for adequate speakers have remained unanswered.

Have not heard about this side letter on the APFA web site, but that certainly doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Three week wonder management types! That ought to be a joy this summer for sure! Seems like they are bent on avoiding recalls at all cost.
