To my fellow US flyers---

All of us know good and well how things are right now with the company, and that the holiday season really adds on stress for people in the airline industry. I know this sounds a bit hokey, but let's each of us try and do a little something extra for the employees that make our lives so much easier, day after day. Bring a box of Krispy Kremes to your home station/club, hand out candy canes to crews on your flights, and maybe send an xmas card to your favorite "cp angel"..whatever. Each of us should be thankful that even though things are bad right now with US, we have such a great group of people who are still looking after us and giving it their all despite extreme personal financial and emotional tension. I know I am.

To all the employees on this board, thank you for giving us a reason to stay with US. May 2005 provide some relief and a few more things to smile about compared to 2004.

Wouldn't it be great if a few years down the road from now, US was the only consistently, profitable major carrier? The company would be growing mainline with a competative cost structure, have a few more 332's and 321's on the property, and we'd be able to look back and say "whew, that was tough, but we made it through!"

Happy Holidays to One & All! :)
