Russia, Czech Republic to sign agreement to upgrade helicopters, set upbilateral projects (Interfax)

MOSCOW. Oct 17 (Interfax) - An agreement that would bring Russian-made Mi helicopters, earlier bought by the Czech Republic, in line with NATO standards is ready for signing, Sergei Naryshkin, head of the Russian presidential administration, told reporters on Tuesday after a meeting of a Russian-Czech commission.
