It's not just rumor. I checked schedules in Amadeus, and as of 05APR, both markets getting cut. If it's in Amadeus, it's everywhere.

SJU-STT schedule goes down to just the 0630 and 1735 departures
SJU-STX schedule goes down to the 0840, 1450, and 1700 departures
