Hey all, Here is what we have come up with and need to get a yes or no answer from you all. The facts so far are as follows:

Venue: Hamilton Island Resort, Great Barrier Reef, Queensland, Australia.

Dates: 21 - 25th March 2005

Seminars - Total of approx 15 seminars per day x 5 days = 75 seminars to choose from. Includes safety, operations, different sectors of the industry, legal, marketing, basically there are seminars to cover all areas of the civil helo industry.

Costs: Registration Fee is currently around $1400 Aussie Dollars but working on reducing this to around $1200 Aussie dollars. This includes.

* Access to all seminars.
* All your breakfasts.
* All Morning Teas
* All Lunches
* All Afternoon Teas
* All Dinners except for one evening.
* Four evening functions, dinner & Drinks.
* All Alcohol at all evening functions.
* Half Day trip out to Reefworld to snorkel and dive on the Hardy Reef.
* Attendee Bag with shirt, cap, goodies etc.

Accommodation: Five night accom package for $1000 Aussie Dollars.

Airline discounts are being worked on as we speak.

So tell me would you personally attend this event. A simple yes or no would be appreciated. We are trying to make this a must not miss event and something we can do every couple of years just to bring the industry together to network in a great casual location.

Look forward to your replies of yes or no.

Now I voted YES, but there is still the issue of Monies...

(Not in your regards, rather the home finance dept.) But if I could, would! :up:

Should someone bring a "Partner" (trying to be politically correct", would there be any additional charge for sharing a room???????

Salut, Don

Don - No the cost would be the same, its a per room cost, no need to share with anyone else.

P.S. If all goes to plan I hope to have the registration fee down to $750 USD thanks to our sponsors which will be about $500 USD, basically $100 USD per day and that is a real bargain.
