Is the Dispatcher TA a public document? A secret document? Assuming that this is the Agreement that is, as the company says, a "tentative agreement on a new contract that supports US Airways’ transformation to a low-cost carrier," my question is this: What did it take?

Productivity and any resultant furloughs
Vacation

Is it fair to say that the answers to the above question would provide a blueprint for the other work groups?

I dont think you will see anything prior to count but all of those items figured into the tentative agreement. Head count was a big part.
