The only other "part" of reservations in PIT is ticketing, procedures and all other res departments such as procedures are at RIDC and are management positions. Moving ticketing to INt is going to be a big job though, the department handles ticketing and a variety of other functions, like seats, oxygen, space positive, crew bookings, air marshalls, prepaids etc..: LOTS of functions for a very small group of agents.

No problem.. They will hire 2000 agents in El Salvador for the price of 200 agents in PIT.. Problem solved..

USA320 states that outsourcing of all jobs at US Airways with the exception of senior management and pilots is a must for the Airline to survive.
