Pilot fatigue

In light of potential duty day rule changes I'm doing a survey on pilot fatigue for my master's thesis. It is completely anonymous and takes about 2 minutes to complete. I appreciate any one interested in this to complete one. I really need some data from regional pilots. If requested I can post the survey results once I have compiled all the data.
