The unofficial results from the vote in Philly are in and the union brothers and sisters voted with a resounding NO vote of 816 to a measly 56 yeses. With this overwhelming NO vote we are sending a message to the union and the company that enough is enough. Now lets let the arbitrator decide on the change of control grievance first and then negotiate a transition agreement which should have been done in the first place. These were two seperate issues and should have been dealt with as two seperate issues. It's now time for the other cities that haven't voted yet to band with their union brothers and sisters in Philly to join in this overwhelming mandate against this proposed agreement. We need to send a message to the union and the company that we are entitled to what is owed to us and that we will not accept anymore watered down agreements. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH "VOTE NO".
