Sunday, 18 June 2004 Washington, DC (1200 LCL) The Merger Committees of Allegheny and Piedmont Airlines have reached agreement as to an integrated date of hire seniority list with appropriate and fair protections for both pilot groups. Consensus on a fence agreement has also been reached contingent on final acceptance by PDT management. These documents must go through both representation and legal departments as well as the Presidents office. The final documents will be made available to the pilots at the earliest possible time.
