Prague, Nov 21 (CTK) - Czech Defence Minister Vlasta Parkanova (junior governing Christian Democrats, KDU-CSL) and chief of staff Vlastimil Picek handed the first three helicopters to Afghan army representatives in a ceremony at Prague-Kbely airport Wednesday.
