Hi Everyone.
I'm retired from another airline and don't fly SWA very often but I must compliment a new face I met in DEN. All I got was her first name-Sherri-and i must say she is a wonderful atribute to your airline. A smiling face, plesant speaking tone and just down right customer service friendly while still being very professional. my Hat's off to her. keep up the good work and my zed flights will always be in SWA.
