New East and West Flying

I see that come Jan, East crews will be working some PHX-MSP, and PHX-DFW, and PHX-LAX flying. Also, in Feb, West crews will be flying one PHL-SFO and one PHL-SAN flight a day.

Are there any other routes that east and west are exchanging due to synergies in the next coming month?
