how often does the current site yield this:
The ETC is experiencing difficultes processing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, please notify the Employee Travel Services. (Error Code: ETA116)

way too often. Any chance the new one will work. Given the company's long running IT issues?

How about fixing the system so that when a flight cancels but is a through flight # the second portion doesn't show on Wings as cancelled. It's misleading for those trying to book. It happens on every single flight where a cancellation happened on the originating leg.

I do hope it works. Since you will be able to book a party of more than Five, I hope it shows a Buddy Pass rider as S3 if you are on a Vacation Pass.
Hopefully the Gate Agents will learn the rules as well.

Last time I checked this is about US Airways' crappy web record, nothing to do with Southwest, typical sandcastle, deflect and divert.

I'd settle for some of the agents in Philly not changing priority levels to make sure their friends get on the list. Still trying to figure out how an SA1 became an SA7.

I hope it shows the standby list like CO does, and aircraft configuration..

Check on CO's..There is awesome..well it was in the past.

I would be happy if the agents in Charladelphia aka Hill-Billy-Philly, actually Boarded Non-Revs Correctly. Bubby Pass riders DO NOT BOARD as an SA1--- the Highest they can ever be is an SA3 with the SA1's Senority. Maybe someday employees pass riding will also know the rules and not make a seen !

That would be nice. 20 extra years of seniority don't mean a damn thing when the other person uses their SA1, but that never stops some people from making us all look like selfish children.

This company is know for backwards systems... Look at the system that the agents have to use...
We need to go back a better res system...

IMHO

Does anyone ever write this stuff up? We need to call these people on this....
Crew members have no access to this system and we have no idea if the agents are "screwing" us and our family members... or pass riders...
How do we check up on them?
I don't think we can...
So the system is such a flawed system... we should have the system that United has..
we can look on a screen at the boarding area?

Oh but wait? That would cost this company some money to get our computer system into the 21 century...

So it won't happen...

Well my latest case was a Flight Attendant who clearly did not know the rules and her Husband was even worse.
There is also a pet peve. WHY can a Crew member ride a jump seat and still be considered pass riding? They are NOT riding in the Cabin with there buddy pass riders and the Buddy pass rider gets on before me? The whole system SUX and should just be DATE of HIRE, PERIOD !

Situations… When contract carrier junior employees and family get on before senior mainline employees and family. When employees and family and companions split-up and employee stays behind does the continuing family/companion drop to a lower boarding. When an employee is next to be clear and the jr. commuting crewmember calls friend and scheduling and gets must ride. When an offline pilot gets to sit in the cockpit jumpseat and senior online pilot gets seat in the cabin leaving behind an employee. When a register guest of the year gets on before a family member.
All of these situations change the standby list

How about the male agent in Charlotte that blatantly violates boarding priority? I was there once on an SA1 and he boarding his "friend", junior to me, who was also on an SA1. When I called him on it, he said that I wasn't listed as an SA1 and I must have done it right then while I was standing next to him. I had the SA1 boarding pass in my hand so I asked him how that would be possible and would he please get a supervisor. He shooed me away and said that it made no difference as the flight was closed and he wouldn't pull off the other non rev even if I were correct. I went down to special services with all my paper work of my SA1 and even the standby list that I had printed up in the crew room. By the time I got to special services, he had called them and locked out the standby list, covering his butt.

My friend called me the other day to tell me about an agent who refused to give her a JS form because he had already given JS to someone else. She asked about the other person's seniority and was told it was none of her business. Guess what? When she described him, it was the same guy!

And yes, we both wrote him up and he is still there, violating our seniority.
