Need Information

I need information on recruitment requirements for pilots. I got already a university degree and have a CPL Multi-IFR. I already got to the recruitment center and have all the papers to undergo my demand. I just wish to know what kind of tests they pass you through. Are they really hard or just something I should''nt get stressed about?

I also want to now (if possible ) what determine the kind of airplane you will fly.

I''m not the guy who dream about flying an F18, but if the occasion present itself why not?
