More liberal Argentina/USA air treaty

Looking at what's happening with the Pacific, Europe and now Argentina, it seems AA could exploit some pretty lucrative ventures if they had more aircraft.

Sadly, I think the exploitation is going to come from the other direction... When you hear about these "open skies" treaties, think NAFTA of the airlines. The oneworld alliance continues to grow, and with each new partner there are destinations that AA will now not even attempt to procure because our "partner" airlines can do the job cheaper...
More Miami and NY or possibly some other city?

Could they possibly do from SJU? Could be reliever for MIA.
SJU-EZE is 3710 mi. Is that in the range of a 757?

No New York City, and definitley not San Juan.
Likely, the 763 that sits pretty in Bunoes Aires all day between Dallas flights will be utlized to start a third daily Miami-Buenos Aires flight that will operate during daylight hours and not require additional aircraft.
This also makes Miami-Cordoba a possibility. Like this winter's proposed Miami-Asuncion and Miami-Salvador services, it would probably operate as a redeye to COR/a daylight from COR with a winglet 757.
Other options exist, but I really doubt they would try for anything else.

San Juan would be great for my friend that flies down to EZE several times a year. Last Time he had to go thru DFW both directions, couldn't get the MIA flights.
