It's been a long time since I travelled and despite my hesitations, I booked with Delta. Today, I was checking all my documents (I don't fly until late Feb 2011), I noticed my middle name is on my passport, but not on my e-ticket.
I called Delta and they said it was ok, but I would prefer peace of mind and not a "he said/she said," when I go to check in. They transferred me to the re-issue dept, where the rep said it would cost $150. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. Great 1st impression!!
I sent an email to Delta, but I understand it could take some time, may come back with some vague answer, etc.
Does anyone know if the middle name is mandatory on the e-ticket?
