At the beginning of 2010, Mesa Air Group (MESA), regional provider of air travel, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and began to put together its reorganization plan. The plan has now been revealed, and it shows everything that’s wrong with the bankruptcy code in this country. Management used this as a tool to slash and burn and feels none of the pain itself.
