I doubt its LHR, US only has what one slot for PHL and one for CLT to LHR?

What about the Code Sharing flights? Maybe they put a cap on them from certain EU cities.

Some restrictions on code sharing makes sense, given how difficult it was for the AA-BA JV to be approved several years ago. Adding the US flights to that may have required some concessions as a result.
