arbitrator hears the alpa objection to a contract violation per se....arbitrator then has how long to respond?couldn''t U''s future go down in a fizzled out ruling going beyond 3/31?
I can say i''ve never seen an arbitOr or a sequence of grievance proceedings culminate in less than 3 or so weeks.ARE WE DOOMED BY ALPA DUE PROCESS?
