TO WATCH LIVE TV (4 CHANNELS) ON THE IFE SYSTEM. OVER THE ¥
NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS, WE ARE ROLLING IT OUT TO THE 777-300,
TWO CLASS 777-200 AND 787 FLEETS. THE FOLLOWING CHANNELS ARE
COMPLIMENTARY IN ALL CABINS; CNN INTERNATIONAL, BBC, CNBC AND
SPORT24...


Only four channels, but it is a start.

It's worked for 15 years on JetBlue.  So well, in fact, that they bought LiveTV (DirecTV provider) in 2002.  But this only works over the continental US.  UA (pmCO) is also using this  - and paying JetBlue for it.

What provider is AA using to deliver these channels?
