Of course Leo was one of the CEOs who vigorously fought United’s application to the ATSB for loan guarantees, saying that the taxpayer shouldn''t bail out United. Of course, that''s exactly what he wants for Delta. Leo may be an advocate for Delta, but he will never be accused of being an advocate for fairness in the marketplace.
