We still live in a very male dominated sexist society. I think it is unfortunate that places like this are so popular and acceptable. I talk to guys all the time who say they would freak if their daughters worked in places like this but they have no problem going to them and watching other people's daughters. We live in a very superficial word where looks are more important than the quality of a person's character. Sad.

I use to Skycap for southwest airlines in my spare time some years back.
The flights going to ORD or DTW or MSP, man you could always count on making great tips on them.
The flights going to ATL, BHM, BNA,.....what you could count on was a " Thank YUUUUUU " uttered in perfect CORN PONE English !

I remember reading about that. I doubt it will survive long. Most women I know are not even remotely interested in stuff like that. Look at all the sex oriented products. An overwhelming majority are geared toward men for a reason. Women so not view sex and physical looks the same way men do. An overwhelming majority of sexual crimes are comic red by men against women.

Places like Hooter and Twin Peaks do not help the situation at all.

Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill is the self-proclaimed “only breastaurant in America.” (The chain has trademarked the term, though it is used in the industry to describe the category of restaurants more generally.) Doug Guller, the chain's CEO, came under fire last month after the TV show “Undercover Boss" showed him axing a bartender who wore a T-shirt instead of a bikini and offering to pay for another employee's breast augmentation surgery.
 
But a little attention was probably good for business. The chain has seen an uptick in sales since the episode aired, owing largely to the exposure, Guller told HuffPost. He believes that some of the criticism he received was unfair, noting that it wasn't just a waitress' refusal to wear a bikini that got her fired -- she was also over-serving alcohol to a customer. Regarding the other incident, he says it was the waitress, not him, who first brought up the possibility of getting a breast augmentation.
 
The headlines gave the wrong impression that "I just hand out free boobs like water," he said.
