Granted, this is from The Daily Mail so who knows if it's true. Or another of O'Leary's publicity stunts.

But this is a new low, even for RyanAir. This would be one thing on a short cross-Channel hop, say, STN-AMS, but they do fly some longer routes. Many years ago, I flew Pacific Express on one the 737-200s they had leased from Aloha. AQ, with its 20-30 min hops, had only ordered one lavs for its plane. This was on something like Redmond, OR to SFO, so no big deal. But the F/As told of working a West Coast-ORD charter. For group of senior citizens. The said the line went all the from the aft to in front of the exit row. Keep that in mind before you fly FR from London to Rhodos!

I would imagine that they would not do this on all their flights, but just the shorter ones? That would make a heckuva lot more sense. Although of course, common sense doesn't always have anything to do with decisions like this :)
