Kalitta crash at Brussels

Kalitta's B747 crashed after an aborted take-off at Brussels and broke up in 3 parts
25th may of 2008 at 13.31 local time

Ouch! Anyone know what caused this? Was it an engine failure or did the aircraft stall on takeoff? I assume the crew got out OK, since the emerency slides are deployed?

I was on scene at Willow Run and saw questionable practices back in the mid eighties.....doesn't surprise me at all.
Now they're in the old Oscoda AF base.....and hiring most of the time.
