ps - While I personally doubt that the judge will reverse his earlier ruling, I would be thrilled to be proven wrong. Besides, if you're paying the lawyers anyway might as well put them to work.

I had no problem going to link. Thanks for the post Boeing Boy. I must confess that I don't expect it to be changed, but I'm trying to think positive. Any glimmer of good news offers hope.

I think the Judge should go back and say, "Everyone on the payroll will take a 10 percent paycut and no more bonus's". I feel that everyone would try a little harder to make this airline survive.

I know that would never be done because it is fair and everyone would share in the recovery plans with the same amount of sacrifice.
