Negotiations 101. We now have a comprehensive proposal from the company on each of the remaining $$$ Articles outstanding. Should come as no surprise they are lacking. It should come as no surprise to anyone. We negotiate from this point. Sub par proposals, put forth by the company, on all remaining Articles, indicates they are not willing to meet industry leading on all Articles. The battle lines will have to be drawn. We are down to the nuts and bolts.

Again where is the industry leading promised?

Tim if you haven't noticed our International put out a notice of support and I've heard our International President and others will be at the picket as well. As a matter of fact those letters from others Unions have been addressed to TWU International President John Samuelson.

Looks to me like the TWU is full bore all the way in.

I'm not sure 700 took joy or pride in how NW using their horrible tactics against labor when they used replacement mechanics all kinds of crap occurred that made me feel NWA was an unsafe airline NWA did not want to settle a deal with their mechanics they wanted the mechanics gone and replaced with... well we all know the rest

Yes we do looked at what the American AMT and you guys Fleet, same frustrations, same company says this AMFA says this, more updates, just the same stuff, I wish you guys at American luck, I will go back to SWA board wait for the attacks from Hackman, and the others, funny thing is never see Hackman on the American AMT board , must go by another name, good luck both groups !

Robbed he had many postings saying NW "played AMFA like a fiddle" and took joy declaring that PFAA and ALPA didn't honor their picket lines, and that NWs operations carried on unscathed. Never mind that months later the "wolf" of NWA went after his IAM DL 143 where NW prevailed getting concessions and farming out NW work to ZW and other third parties.

For years he has called AMTs elitists and doesn't respect their craft, skill, credentials, etc.

Again I'm not in the IAM and nothing personal to Mr Sito but I don't know him. 700 is no longer here but people still seem to be obsessed with him (Or they're nuts) If he knows or likes this guy Sito, ok so what. Did Sito F you somehow anyway? Oh that's right that was Tim. He beat him bad over and over and over. Quite pitiful.

Don't work for UA either and could give a Rats butt to that one too. I'm TWU at American Airlines Sir. Just waiting for a good contract to send you/Tim and anotherdelay packing. Shut it all down for the next 5 years.

Tim is in DL 141 (Elk Grove), Sito was TWA which was DL 142 (Kansas City) and most of his recent IAM career has been with the Grand Lodge/International.

Everything is interconnected to at least some degree. But whatever IGM attitude I might have is because I've lived a life that's getting close to the end now. And I've earned by working hard, being smart and reliable what I GOT. I have sympathy for people but not when they continue to repeat stupid. Why should I?

But to answer your question. I pay very close attention but don't focus on obsession.
