Iroquois deployed from Oakey base (Toowoomba Chronicle)

TWO Iroquois helicopters from Oakey will again form part of Australia's military presence in the Solomon Islands. The helicopters were partly disassembled on Saturday and flown from Oakey Army Aviation's civil airstrip to Honiara in two Royal Australian Air Force Hercules transports.
