How long is reserve at Alaska?

Greetings! My friend has an interview with Alaska in November. He was wondering what the average reserve time is there? Does anyone know or could point me in the right direction to find the answer?

Depends on which base you are assigned to. I have a friend who is a f/a with Alaska. He got based in SEA right out of training. After 2 years he is still on reserve. He was thinking about transferring to LAX to get off reserve; so, evidently reserve at LAX is less than 2 years. It is also relatively short in the ANC base from what I hear.

SEA is Alaska's most senior, but also most stable, base. Not that much turnover.
