This is mainly for airline employees, but I'm just curious how you are treated by the shoe inspectors when you travel & is treatment different at different airports ?
I only fly anymore when there is no other way & this is because of all the hassles.

I usally don't get hassled out of my own station beacuse tsa knows me there,,,i fly to mdw alot and i show my station badge and head for the employee line..... and zip right thru.... i have heard other complaints for people who say they sometimes get hassled not by tsa but their own airline employess... some cop attitudes when checking in....go figure.....

I agree... they can get stressed like all of us. But they are generally quite nice at most stations.

I used to NRSA a lot. Not any more. Although most TSA'ers try to be helpful and freindly, there are some that have let the power go to there head and there are those that are just plain stupid.

It is suspisioned that the airlines are "feeding" their NRSA travelers to the TSA for additional screening to meet the TSA's quota per flight. This makes things "feel better" for the full fare passenger.

I notice that the attitude varies from airport to airport with 75% being OK.

None the less, for the last two years I have driven on my annual vacation. Bought a new and large SUV, XM radio, and have come to enjoy road trips
