BUT, Jerry has a meltdown goes ape sh!t on one member of the union. Can anyone shed some light on poor Jerry's bad manners.

Thats Jerrys normal "ACT" .... he's made a lot of money with it, he's used it some many times though that most people just laugh it him these-days.
