YOU take a pay cut to match Pinnacle's rates! You pompous ASS! A flow through? Yea, we have had seniority numbers for over a decade. Thanks for hiring our competition's pilots ahead of us. Go to Hell.

Watch the crew news. PSA/Piedmont/Eagle integration.
Kirby says that times have changed and we need to match Pinnacles pay rates in order to be competitive.
(Pinnacle was in BK when the rates were imposed on them).
In exchange for Regional Captain pay topping out at year 12. And when you upgrade you go to year 1 Captain Pay. Lower pay for first year pilots (is this even possible?) the wholly owned pilots will get to flow up to Mainline.

So after 25 years of service to US AIrways or Eagle, you can expect to have a slot in the new American. Of course at year 1 pay, bottom of the seniority yadda yadda yadda.

Glad Eagle's Union said no. PSA's is next.

Understand now. They want pay cuts down to what pinnacle is making.

On the other side, if the flow through was written as such, along with scope on the regional side, it could be a step towards brand scope. Though in a backwards way. I.E. in order to fly for AA, you have to be hired at one of the W/O's. Those at the WO's could have the choice to go or stay. In scope, start moving towards WO's only fly any feed for AA....... Dreams....

Ummmmmm, If the best contract commuters we use are Skywest and Republic, shouldn't they look at those payscales? I think we have a good manangement team, but I sure get tired of them looking at the pilots as a liability instead of an asset.

Its not just the pilots,Its basically any unionized group within a company that they are a liability.

How much dies Skywest actually fly for Airways? I think they only have a handful of CRJ200's. republic on the other hand......
How many more 175's are they going to get?
