The company has filed a lot of info on the HCTC with the BK court. For those who are interested I'll give a link. To refresh memories, it's available to those getting a PBGC benefit who are 55 and older.
What's called the "main document" is the "HCTC Program Kit" subtitled "What You Need To Know & Do In 5 Steps".
Exhibit 2 parts 1 & 2 seem to be aimed more at health coverage administrators (insurers), but may have some useful info.
