To all the customers I've personally had the pleasure to serve, thank you for your business and we all hope you'll give the New US Airways the chance to continue to prove we are the best! Your loyalty and devotion to us, the lowly rank and file, will not be forgotten. No other airline has customers as fine as you!

To my newest coworkers, I so look forward to meeting you. From what I've seen so far, it's going to be great working together to put LCC in a position of pride. You guys got class!

To all my old coworkers and friends, thanks for making me proud to be a part of some of the finest airline people I've known. I believe we rode out the bad times with dignity and a professionalism that's now our hallmark. Thank you all!

I look forward to 2006 with high hopes and a renewed sense of enthusiasm.

Happy New Year to all of my old friends and pax at U on the East coast and Happy New Year to my friends for 2 1/2 years at HP on the West Coast. I must say you ALL are the best!! Hope to be seeing you this coming year Bob and all the rest of the FFocus group. It's flooding in Reno but we'll watch the rest of the country celebrate.
