Don't tune out when others are answering questions - pay attention to all replies. Take time to meet everyone in the room. And dress nicely. Just because we work casually doesn't mean you can dress casually for the interview.

Thank you both for the advice you have given to me. I have a group interview coming up and am very excited about the opportunity to work for Southwest.I am on a furlough from another airline(after flying for twenty years) and simply want to work for the best. Thank you again-any other posts will be greatly appreciated.
