Definitely sad to see RDG go. I'm from RDG and it was nice to fly directly into there when the fares were cheap enough.

Since they're moving ops from RDG to LNS and LNS, you mind as well drive to MDT for more frequent service.

Hopefully someone will pick up service in RDG. They have the possibility to make some money there if decent service is offered.

As far as I know, LNS service was discontinued a while ago.

RDG Service ends today, 9/4/04. LNS service starts tomorrow, 9/5/05. They've basically picked up everything from RDG and moved it over to LNS.

LNS will be served by Mesa's B1900's flying LNS-PIT with 2 outbound and 2 inbound flights daily.

LNS-PIT will have 3 daily roundtrip flights, with reduced service on weekends.

My apo's. I was looking at the weekend sched's.

Just talked to one of the guys that moved from RDG to LNS, said they had their first revenue flight PIT-LNS today rather than a ferry flight. Flight came in totally empty.

I'm going to imagine that there will be a lot of people that respond just like wings - there isn't any service in LNS anymore. They should have left it at RDG but EAS funding got cut so bye-bye.
