You don't hear about the vast majority but we hear about many stories internally.
WN encourages it employees to help people in need.

In my nearly 20 yrs at AA I heard a few but they tended to be few and far between. 
 
Very nice job.  Way to go SWA employees for stepping up and doing what is right.  And a special thanks to the ticket/gate agent who put the needs of the passenger first and foremost.  Yes this does happen a lot.  we read about them weekly and monthly and some times even daily.  Keep up the great job...
