Manali (Himachal Pradesh), Sep 23 : Four armed forces' helicopters will Wednesday be sent to Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul and Spiti district to help ferry out people marooned on highways there for the past four days due to heavy snowfall, an official said Tuesday.
