Let''s see here.

Ruth Chris is in the building next to CCY.

Bertucci''s is down 21st Street at the corner of Jeff Davis Highway.

The Crystal City Sports Pub is over across Jeff Davis Highway.

Then there is the Crystal City Restaurant. You all can look that one up.

$10 is not an outrageous sum at airports. Part of the function of airline-based food is not necessarily that you''re being fed, but that you have something to do during your 4.25 hour flight.

US to charge for meals....$7 for breakfast.....$10 for lunch/dinner? Where do these folks at CCY eat? These prices should boost the bottom line for Burger Kings, et al in many airports across the nation...

Flew thru CLT the other day and it was $5.89 for a piece of pizza and a drink. PHL was about the same for some Egg Drog Soup and a drink. I know TPA has a turkey wrap and drink at TGIs for about $7. Thats about the price for airport food. We just have to make sure that the food is good and edible.

Of course there are airport options that are cheaper, like the 99 cent taco and 1.75 burger to go.

I have eaten one of the meals. They are actually pretty good and substantial. They are at priced about what it would cost on the street.

Hey ITRADE

Is Crystal City Restaurant still a place where you can slip a dollar into a g-string?

Years ago I worked at a rental car agency that operated from the parking lot behind Crystal City Restaurant. I loved that place.
