Flight instruction in Baton Rouge

My boyfriend has expressed interest in learning to become a private pilot. For the holidays, I thought it would be nice to buy one of the introductory lessons for him; so he could better decide how serious he was about getting his license.

Could anyone recommend a school or instructor in the Baton Rouge/New Orleans area?
