Hi,
Just a quick thank you to the crew working PHL/GLA last night. My mother flew back to Scotland on the flight and the crew was outstanding. She woke me up at 6am to sing their praises. Thanks guys you are the finest in the industry.
I thought you would enjoy hearing when I called res last night in Mexico City to inquire about the flight as it was showing "delayed" on Flight Tracker" I was informed that the flight left at 7:57pm. I told the gentleman that it was scheduled to leave at 8:20pm and was showing delayed. He insisted it left at 7:57pm. You know where I'm going with this, the aircraft was a Boeing 757!! Normally I wouldn't mention it but he was so insistent that the flight had departed at 7:57.
