MEMPHIS, Tenn.----Nov. 18, 2005--The Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on FedEx Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable January 3, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2005.
