This evening in Federal Court, The Honorable Judge Cindrich Denied Usairways motion for a stay of preliminary injuntion. In his ruling he decided that the Company could finish the first Airbus that was started. The company would have to return the second and cease and desist all other work, pending the out come of the Companys appeal to the 3rd circuit district court of appeals, where if Usairways loses they would owe the Machinist damages for sending their work to a third party.

Any thought's as to what his next trick will be?

HERE'S TO YOU DAVY TWIN'S.

The word in CLT is this....the Acft being worked has been found to have a number of floor beams cracked , the figures are between 10 and 13 depending on whom is telling the story.

The word is also...that unlike a Boeing in a heavy check , where floor beams can be spliced for a repair. The Airbus floor beam has to be completely removed and replaced to complete the required repair.

Here's another fine example of how the Airbus saves on initial purchase costs...yet skulls you good on the long term cost of ownership.

Before all the Airbus fans cry foul Lets keep in mind this is a 5 year old Acft...not an 18 year old work of iron.

Nice going Bean Counters !!!!

Word Up to the Judge !!!!!
