Best would be to go straight to the airlines on this forum...Just curious if any other airlines still have facility mechanics?
Thanks

Well I know Southwest does I just read where the organized and joined AMFA!
Just curious; are we talking facilities (as in boiler techs, carpenters, electricians, etc.), or people who maintain ground equipment? I ask because the terms are often used interchangeably. At NW, "plant maintenance" encompassed both.
DL has ground equipment techs, but afaik, does not have any significant number of people actually working on fixed structures (buildings, etc.).
just curious, why they would not have been part of the craft or class to begin with?
ATL & CVG for sure. Fairly certain MSP & DTW still have something. LAX & TPA as well. Not sure where else- I can't access the list from home.
Apparently, they're also hiring for one in CMH. Message me if you want any info.
