FAA lead inspector of Alaska airlines is fired for doing her job, then AS261 crashed, killing 88 innocent people.

I recently read the NTSB’s final report on AS261 at…

http://www.ntsb.gov/publictn/2002/AAR0201.htm

There is some information that is absent. No mention of FAA whistle-blower and former FAA lead inspector of Alaska Airlines who was fired for exposing crimes in the FAA and at the airline. This FAA lead inspector sent President Bush a letter on 1/26/01 and she hasn’t heard from him. Here’s the letter…

Here it is again…

http://www.flight592.com/Flight592Discussi...10/0000036a.htm

There is an identical story here. Mr. Rodney Stich was an FAA airline inspector of United Airlines in the 50’s. It appears that the same crimes were committed half a century ago and nothing has changed…

Contact ALPA, DALPA, AFA, APFA, and NATCA unions to lobby aviation subcommittee of congress calling for hearings on aviation safety

If anyone is a member of the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA), Delta Airlines Pilots Association (DALTA), Association of Flight Attendants (AFA), Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA), or National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), I urge you to post my messages on your union forums. Also contact your union's safety departments and ask them to look into this safety issue.

As you may be able to see, the press, aviation subcommittee of congress, and the family members of past disasters do not want to see an investigation into these crimes that pose an imminent danger to the flying public. The life you save may be your own.

Here are links to the contact pages..

ALPA

http://www.alpa.org/Default.aspx?tabid=82

and their snailmail address and phone number...

Air Line Pilots Association, Int'l, 1625 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036 (703) 689-2270

Association of Flight Attendants (AFA)...

Email and phone numbers...

http://www.afanet.org/default.asp?id=12

Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA)...

http://www.apfa.org/content/section/40/222/

National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA)..

http://safety.natca.org/nsc_members.htm

I also ask anyone else who wants to get involved to contact Congressman Chandler's office and call for an investigation into the crashes of Comair5191, AS261, ValuJet592, and other aviation-related crimes on the part of the FAA. Here is his home page..

http://chandler.house.gov/

when you get on the email contact page at...

http://www.house.gov/writerep/

list your state as Kentucky and your zipcode as 40383 (you can leave the four digit suffix blank), this is the only way to assure the message is forwarded and make it to ATTN: Kerry Kohler, his aviation staffer.

If you prefer to call on the phone, here is the link to his office phone numbers...

http://chandler.house.gov/contact.html

Here is a link to the contact information on the aviation subcommittee...

http://commerce.senate.gov/subcommittees/aviation.cfm

Here is a list of the phone numbers for the members of the Commerce committee...

http://commerce.senate.gov/about/membership.html

When you contact them, please post in this thread so others can see they won't be the first to step up to the plate. Also please post if you get any response from them. This will also keep this thread on the first page where others can view it. You can make a difference. The American people deserve more from their government.

I and my associates are more than willing to testify to the subcommittee. We know that we would face lengthy prison time for lying to Congress and have been asking to testify for many years.

Thanks You,

James Bergquist
air safety activist
former USAF and FAA air traffic controller
former San Diego County NATCA representative

I see alot of people are viewing this post.

I assume some of you are Delta employees and have access to union bulletin boards but haven't posted anything about this.

I would like to talk to some Delta pilots about this, if anyone would like to talk to me, my email is

[email protected]

The letter written to president Bush sounds all to familiar. It identically resembles what was going on at the FAA with the Value Jet crash.

Any airplane crash is a tragedy and we all feel grief for the victims and families. There were certainly oversights in this particular crash which HAVE been addressed. What I don't understand is why Ms. Diefenderfer was directly involved? As a POI (Principal Operations Inspector) her jurisdiction should have been with the flight ops people (pilots) as opposed to a PMI (Principal Maintenance Inspector). Also her FAA flight physical that she said was denied can only happen if you do not pass the physical.

I also notice Mr. Berqquist that you are a former air traffic controller......did you retire? <_<

JohnHenry,

I was also fired by the FAA for doing my job, I got 6 months LWOP within 3 hrs. of telling management that we were getting tipped off about random drug testing and that over half of my co-workers were using drugs and alcohol on the job.

I was featured on ABC news in MIA after a controller at MIA ATCT overdosed on heroin in the tower bathroom. It was determined that the controllers at MIA and FTL were being tipped off about testing.

Read my other posts here in the Delta airlines section. You will see proof of a NTSB coverup of the VJ592 crash and the lies the FAA is telling us about the controllers whereabouts after he cleared Comair5191 for takeoff at Lexington airport. Please post your thoughts there too.

Regards,

Jim
