Ex-TWA 757 Interior Configuration

I will be flying LAX-STL on an ex-TWA 757 over Thanksgiving. First time in years flying anything other than US, so I have a few questions.
First, all aisle seats on US 757''s have movable armrests, do they have them on ex-TWA birds?
Second, is it really necessary to ask for an exit row, especially ow 9, or is there enough room with MRTC to not feel cramped?
Third, is there a full galley in front of 2L and 2R to cause a lot of noise, or just a lav w/ jumpseats in front of 2L and a closet in front of 2R?
Also, my return flight, 135 on December 1 is on AA metal and is said to be a 763. Is there a way to tell if it will be a 2 class configuration, or a 3 class with only 2 classes of service. If it''s the latter I really want to try to sit in the business section.

As you can see, there is a galley (beverage carts and coffee makers only) at the R2 door. Since there are no window exits, there are two additional doors separating the B and the C zones which provide an additional exit door row. The removable arm rests are located at all handicapped seats rows. With MRTC, all seats have sufficient amount of legroom. The only rows I try to avoid are 25 and 33, due to limited seat recline.[BR][BR]As far as your return flight is concerned, it is hard to tell. The seat availability maps are consistent with neither configuration. On second look, it would appear that it may be a three class aircraft, but some of the available main cabin seats are actually located in the business class section. I think the chances of being on a two-class 767 are slim, since the two-class reconfiguration program doesn't start in earnest until this winter. There may be a few flying around in the two-class config by then, so it all depends on if they get put on LGW-STL, which is what that particular STL-LAX turn appears to be fed by.

There's a chance this is using the existing Hawaii configured aircraft, but the timing appears wrong. They're normally over the Pacific on the way to OGG or HNL during the afternoon timeframe that this aircraft would be in STL.
