Dot Grants "slides" To Chq, Spirit, Colgan & Ata

These four carriers all were awarded DCA slots in the most recent slot lottery. The hitch was that all of them were for use during the 9:00 p.m. hour. They all applied to have the slots slided to more economically feasible hours.

America West supported the applications. American objected.
