The Pass Bureau/Employee Travel Services lists a discount for Sprint PCS of 12% for US/HP employees. I have since heard of a Star Alliance discount for 25%.

Does anyone have any info for the Star Alliance discount? Phone number or web address?

Thanks

I have it and its a 25% discount. I signed up and they said it would be taken off later. I cant find the account number anywhere on the contract, but have it written on something else. If you sign up, just tell them you work for US Airways and would like the Star Alliance discount noted on the contract for the 25% discount. Thats all I did and got it.

Have you tried to call the travel office? They might know.
I guess you haven't had to deal with them lately have you. They would have rudely told me to look it up on AWACompass/theHub. That's what happened when I called about San Diego Zoo tickets.

I have it and it deducts around $16 per month. Call Sprint directly and ask for a supervisor and tell them you want the Star Alliance discount. I have had it for about a year now.

Contact Sprint and ask for the Star Alliance Member Discount. "Node number 0040387965". They might ask you to verify your work information, (copy of your ID). They will email you a "individual verification form". Make a copy of your ID and fill out/fax the form ASAP. This will give you a 25% discount-instead of 15%. Happy Holidays... :)

Or just tell them you work for United. They could care less. It's a lot less hassle... ;)

United is 15%. Star Alliance is 25%.
Really? I have had a 25% discount since I went with Sprint in 1998, and I told them I was with UAL when I signed. Why would you just get 15% is you say UAL, and 25% for Star? Makes no sense.

I stand corrected. Just contacted Sprint. The % discounts I was given are as follows...

United 25%
US Airways 7%
Star Alliance 25%

When I asked for the 25% discount awhile back they asked for a copy of my "United" ID. I let it go, until I flew with someone who informed me of the Star Alliance discount. Sorry for the confusion.
