So what, Express didn't work with B-scale pilots and regular DAL ground crews. Why do they think it will work with mainline pilots and B-scale ground crews?

The reason JB and LUV whip DAL has more to do with corporate culture, and less to do with pay. We will never have anything but poor service and a bad attitude to offer our customers. This will not work.
